Salt Lake City was once again host to the Monster Energy Supercross series, and once again the weather was sketchy. While it ultimately did turn out to be OK, it was questionable all night and rain fell for a fair bit. The temps were chilly too, in the 40's most of the day, which when combined with the elevation must've made jetting on the carburated bikes a nightmare. Regardless, it was the old fashioned Keihin carb on James Stewart's YZ450F that took him to the victory of the EFI RMZ450 of Chad Reed. But that's not where the drama stopped.
