Bubba will not be racing a 450 in this years Motocross Nationals, he will be racing the Kawasaki KX250, He was interviewed by Racer X and heres pretty much what was said, Will you be at a disadvantage in the outdoors with all the other top guys on 450s? The new 2005 Kawasakis are really fast stock. Rick Ash, he actually built this motor that I canÂ’t even ride right now! ItÂ’s too fast. I donÂ’t think I will be at a disadvantage. I know when the Kawasaki four-stroke does come out, I am going to get on that. I think we are right there. We have power. thats a big no on that one rc is FAST! outdoors. bubba will win a couple ...motos but rc and tortelli will have that thumper dialed before the nationals..and rc gained 4 secs last year jumping from stroker to thumper on lap times...bubba has skill and the motor but the thumper will prevail this year i say heres the season standing at the end... 1. R.C.----- His own turf he doesnt lose outdoors 2. Whindam--- Has been really fast of late and is only getting faster 3. C.R. ----- Will be fast outdoors but not enough for r.c. and whindham 4. Stewart---- Fast when hes on his bike but he'll end up on the ground a couple times this year and that will cost him... this isnt the 125's he isnt going to go 40 to 1st in a moto

He'll be fast and mix it up with the top 5 riders providing he stays on two wheels!! There's a big difference between "SX" and "Outdoor Mx" in the 250 Class and He as well is soon to find this out! I couldn't help but think that Ricky's bike was holding him back just a little at the end of the SX season. It looked like Chad and his bike became more dialed as the season progressed. Outdoors, different game, tough call. Bubba doesn't crash as much outdoors. 4 strokes have the advantage outdoors. K-Dub more of a factor outdoors. Hmmmm let's see... I think no one will pass Bubba when he is on his wheels but also will have worse starts and have to battle through the pack. Bubba may cheese himself out of the championship but will win if he finishes all of the mains. Ricky will be fast but will wonder if his bike is the reason why he just barley wins some when Bubba crashes. Chad has momentum on his side, solid bike, solid team and solid skills K-Dub's bike and team fit like a glove. His style is suited for outdoors. OK here goes... 1. Bubba 2. K-Dub * 3. RC 4. Sure RC will be on the 450, but The KX250 is the fastest 2 stroke to come out in some time. With Buba scrubbin' in the outdoors, he will win the outdoor title. BTW...Reed won't even be a factor! Shane and JPMX nailed it! It's going to be tough for anyone to catch RC on the Outdoors. Bubba's fast but 30 minutes + 2 laps on a outdoor track is a different game. He needs to stay on the bike. K-Dub will be a factor also this year. He was riding well at Hangtown.

have u ridden both bikes? im assuming not. t he 450f is fast yes, but on a short track u dont need much speed. The light weight 125 will keep up with a 450 on a short track as long as there are lots of jumps/hard corners and its kept in high rpm. Believe it or not a 125 is quick....in it powerband that is RC on a crf450 will be a nightmare to beat. KX250 are quick... its going to come down to who evers better at using their engine power. Slight misuse of power on the crf and rc is going to eat shit.

Outdoors RC is the man. Bubba will be the next man. This season even if Bubba get's a 450 i am not sure if he will get a win. He underestamated his competition and also the bigger class. When he was winning on a 2-stroke in the 125 class all i heard was it didn't matter if he was on a 4-stroke or not. He also kept saying during supercross that there would be no excuses (toward the end of season RC was riding for title) and it was on for the outdoors. This outdoor season that seem's all he is full of. He is making bank and can't come out to ride the second moto? please give me a freaking tissue im starting to cry! Having said that he will probably be the supercross champ next year ! But by then I probably won't be a fan anymore. EAH -GO RC!

supercross and motocross r pretty much 2 different sports supercross u got rythums and timing sections sumone with an ounce of riding ability can do supercross but motocross longer motos less jumps more bumps more time for ur body to fatigue look at pastrana he was the hottest thing on a 125 coem 250 an he only a 5th or 6th place guy at best but he made up for it for freestyle but so did alot of crap riders give bubba time and he'll smoke everyone since he has done 250 times on a 125 on a moto track in race situations.

His last fall was due to his bike getting locked up, that wasn't an excuse that was a fact. RC isn't called the G.O.A.T. for nothing, this is obvious. JS is fun to watch and once he installs the ability to think as he rides, he will be very dangerous, although many younger viable FAST lites riders on their way (Villopoto is my close watch, it is exciting to watch him ride). RC is one of those amazing people who can put together everything they need (with the help of other amazing team members) to win a race. He looks ahead 2-3 turns before he passes, making outside inside moves before he passes JS. He is aggressive, patient, determined and smart, and mixes it with SPEED and control. And even then he shows is not 100% motocross god by making a Washougal flight and spilling in Broome-Tioga. I do not see this in JS. Sure he is fast, but I do not see a whole package in him. With RC not in the picture 100% next year, who knows what will happen. But I am sure there is someone who will capatilize on JSs little mistakes that wind him up in the dirt. (Millville is a perfect example as he slid out right in front me on a small turn). RC is the whole package, that is the difference. And who would have thought RC could have been the mud rider he showed to be in Millville, (another amazing thing to watch that day, best day I ever spent in the rain). In Broome-Tioga RC pulls a win with a tire flattening on him in the last 3 laps. Adversity seems to only make RC glow more. At least JS makes a fun race, stirring it up a bit with RC. RC = complete.
