If anyone needs help with any freestyle bike setup or riding tips feel free to ask. BUT, be ready to post pics to show if you are ready for the reply. Please don't ask me about things that are over your head. Like how to do a heart attack over a 35 ft ramp gap at your grandma's house.

Ok first off what tricks can you do? Like nothings, heelclickers, cans, nacs? Barhop tricks are NOT beginner tricks. I'll skip to the answer and tell you some ideas. KEEP IN MIND I'M IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING BAD THAT HAPPENS. (but I take full credit if you do it. LOL) Push your bars further forward. It helped me. I can do a bar hop with a crossbar. Start by trying to put your toes over. Keep doing that untill you can get half of your feet over and hold them for a few seconds. Take a pic and post it of you doing that and I'll see what else I can suggest. Before you try STRETCH!!

I have a question: what is the ideal size jump to learn a decent whip? I have the form and all, and have had it out enough to have people say "your almost there" but I always land sideways. I have been riding for about 19 years now, can huck some decent gaps, such as all size tables, doubles, tripples @ local tracks, etc. but I'm timid to let it loose off one of those big 70' jumps at my local track. plus, people watching doesn't help!lol. I live across the street from an abandoned sand and gravel yard(about 130acres of undeveloped sandy loam) and my friends and I build jumps in there all the time. what would be the best one to try and make? thanks alot.

Thats kid sort of a tough question everyone is diferant and you may need a big jump or a good sized jump with a good lip. The probubal reason you are landing sideways is you whip once you take off, You need to start on the face of the jump. I would need to see some pics or vid and I'll try to help out. But I'm leaving for California today and won't be back for about 3 weeks.

What was that one trick, that like it looks like it would be hard to do, but it is safe because if you mess up you will still land it or something.... I remember reading that a long time ago

A heelclicker is easy but if you mess up you don't ALWAYS land. Most of the time you will though.

I always wondered, if people ever have a problem with the throttle while in the air. I mean, you are holding onto the bars for dear life, doesn't the throttle ever slide back or anything causing you to fall off backwards?
