OH SHIT!

Umm....honestly I have no idea...

I'm not sure but would there be any way to like jb weld it or anything (probably not the smartest thing to do but definitely cheapest)

Sorry I have no idea, wait till somebody smarter gets on here

Have a mechanic look at the case. Sometimes they can be repaired with a helicoil.

A part where you thread the screw into the case broke off? I had a crack right were I screwed my plug in and used jb weld to fix it. However from the looks of it you might have to buy a new crankcase, not exactly cheap, but you might have a professional welder weld that piece back on and put a use a helicoil for new threads. Not something that happens everyday, sorry about the bad luck but hopefully it turns back out for the better.

When are people going to learn that you don't have to use 100lbs of torque on the oil drain bolt!! Seriously guys.. it only needs to be snug...

A)Don't pack up the moto gear and call it quits.

B)Post a pic of the case it broke out of.

C)It's not a good thing at all, to tell you the truth, that sucks.

D)Next time, finger tighten with a small extra 1/4-1/3 turn if you don't have a torque wrench.

teamsuzuki where in ny are you? if your near me i know a few people who can weld that and wont charge alot and may do it for free. im about 45 minutes east of binghamton. it looks to me like it just needs to be welded and heli coiled which isnt to bad. i may be able to point you in a good direction to have it welded to if your upstate.
