medication

random random post. I've noticed with medications that the side effects are sometimes worse than the thing that is gettin treated with the meds.. I was just watching a commerical for welbutrin XL(antidepressant) and it says "taking this medicine can cause stroke..especialy if you have an eating dissorder or gettin off drugs... Welbutrin may cause suicidal thoughts.. Teens and kids that take welbutrin are more likely to have suicidal tendences.(sp)".. and the pill works how? reminds me of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour Rides Again.

since i take welbutrin.. i guess im screwed over BIG time

Seriously, though, anti depressants seem to be more life threatening than chronic depression. What's the point?

welbutrin seemed to help me the most.. but once when i missed a couple doses i started tweaking out. depression sucks. Everybody thinks that you can think your way out of depression and that its not real and its made up. thats what i thought before i had it.

Alot of things can trigger depression. Unfortunately, it's not easy to figure out what those things might be for each individual. If you don't know what causes it, there's no way to "think" your way out of it.

Psychotherapy is a shot in the dark as well, but has been known to help some people.

for me.. it just makes my parents mad at me. Everytime i got to my therapist my mom comes home crying. and it makes me feel like Sh*t.. then theres my dad. I don't even think he cares

I'm sure your dad cares. Men just have a hard time showing their feelings.
It sounds like your mom has the opposite problem.

If you can't sit them down and tell them how their behavior is affecting you, ask your therapist to talk to them.

ya guys do have problems showing how they feel..stupid lol jk. But no i have sat them down before and talked to them and so has my therapist. Their mood doesn't really affect my mood that much.. unless something phyisical happens then i get worse. my dad's just old lol 48 year old

Nope. It's an amphetamine for hyper-active people. Strange that an "upper" calms some people down.

The only thing "physical" that should be happening is a hug, or a pat on the back. Anything other than that, someone else at your house needs therapy.
