hey what think about the Terri Shivo(sp) stuff? i just saw om msn homepage that she died today. my dad and i agree that she was/is vegitable. if the parents wanted her to live so bad why didnt that ask for her hubby to sign her over to them? i think all her parents wanted to do is make people feel sorry for her.heck even the pope has a feeding tube now! like i said this is problably the parents trying to make a publistity stunt.

i think it was VERY stupid for the government to get involved in a familys PERSONAL decision.. Personaly im sad that she passed away today.. or last night. Even tho she may have not wanted to live in a vegitative state 20 years ago.. but her mind could have changed in the 15 years she was with the feeding tube.. i mean come on! the pope is on a feeding tube now!!!!! if he gets worse and they don't take the tube out.. then i know the government is against the shivo family

I think its inhumane to keep people alive like that, on life support, especially for 15 years.

If I'm ever in the situation Mrs. Shiavo was in, and anyone is keeping me alive, someone please shoot me!

it only made me mad because the whole usa was prying into their personal business. My friend jessica was in a car accident and was horribly brain damaged from it. her family told the docs to take her off life support because she was not going to surive much longer anyways.

True, the government had no business making private business public info.

Me and my dad talked about that and we both came to the conclusion we did not want to live if there is no chance. We will give it 3 months and 3 doctors.
