Time to Bench Bubba

I was excited at the end of last year. I thought we were going to see some great racing come out of this kid.

Instead, pure disappointment. He's proven that he is dangerous and out of control pulling C-class antics. Not to mention a poor sport and whiner.

The MX series has now shaped up like Supercross. He is out of the points race. All he is is a hindrance and DANGER to the other riders. I think he should sit out the remainder of the season so we can enjoy some great PROFESSIONAL racing as displayed by Ricky and Kevin this past weekend.

For the record I don't think he landed on Ricky on purpose. But viewing the video and reading testimony of those who were there, he had a clear view of Ricky and should have been able to avoid the incident. That was a pure C-class stunt.

Time to put him on the bench until he can learn to conduct himself like a man involved in professional sports.

OOOOHHHH Boy! You will now recieve a wrath of excusses from Bubba fans. Just prepare yourself! There is no convencing these people. "Benching" Bubba might be (In my thoughts) extreme but, I do believe that he should be fined a very high $$$,$$$.$$ amount and penalized with point deductions. AMA won't do that. Birds of a feather, flock together. AMA, I think is chicken to penalize him.

Dude this crap has to stop. yea every one knows he is riding like crap this year but he just wants to win and hes a rookie to the 250 class and he didnt think that it would be so hard cause in 125 class he was alwayz faster than every1. Like remember when reed said i can beat any1 on this track i forgot which one but bubba stopped in the middle of the race to let reed pass him and bubba still one. And then at the end of last year when he rode the 250f how much faster he was and how little he was tryin.

its just he wants to win and i think he'll do better next year.

I am serious about this. The call to RC had to be purely Kawasaki trying to bandage what they have to perceive as a growing problem.

They have a lot invested in James to have it blown on some spoiled punk. I think he should be benched without pay until he can shape his act up. If it seems immature then tell him to stop acting that way. He is an amazing talent that is still not even fully developed and it is such a shame to see it going to waste like this.

I don't want to hear about rookie year, pressures, two strokes vs. four strokes, etc. THAT is what racing is, not blindsiding somebody. Ricky made his pass on Kevin in the same spot in moto 2. Do you think he was worried about Kevin landing on him? Doubt it.

I agree w/ you 100%. I have been trying to get the same point across to the "Bubba Lovers." It's unfortunately, useless. Excuse after excuse.

I dont get it ok yea bubba rides like s h i t right now and hes messes up alot but he still is faster then any1 in here and that stupid that u think he should be fined and benched i bet if RC did wat bubba did u wouldent even give a damn.

I want to see Bubba race and learn to lose after all his off-season trash talking. I went to his web site and read his news. I felt like I could give him another chance and be somewhat of a fan. I than went to his videos and his video with" Flunk Master Fudge" whatever his name is, and they talk trash about RC and show him getting ran over by a bus. If Bubba was really apologetic and a sport he would have left that off. Bubba spend less money on cars and hire a trainer to get in shape. Bubba hope to see this weekend.
