I just read how Bubba or "J-Mack" (where ever that came from) is going to be on ride with funk master flex and hang out all day. If you wonder why Ricky is at the top it's because he'll be training while Bubba is playing big shot. But what good is playing big shot when your not on top. Bubba, start showing off after you win all the championships that Ricky has.
Just my Two cents

Life's too short so love the one you got, cause you might get run over or you might get shot

My guess is because Bubba is black and the media care's more about his race than his abilities.

I think it's a good thing that he is gettin media atenttion and i don't think that will affect his racing. And he is getting media atention for being a talented rider because if he was just "black" there would be a lot of other african americans up there that nobody ever heard of. I also think he could show off all he wants because he is one of the best and racer in motocross out there.

Hmm, lets count how many Black people are on the starting line next to RC and Reed. I only count 1.
So yeah, Bubba is standing out because of his race, and not only because he can race IMO. I mean lets be real, he is the first Afro American in Motorsports in history so umm yeah, its because of his race that he gets so much media attention
But yeah, Bubba's living it up. Its ok. Its his life.

When someone mentions someones race, that does not make him a races. If done cleanly it can actually show he is confident enough in his equality thinking that bringing up something so obvious and in your face like someones race is not a big deal to him.
Bubba is black! I'm white! Cheech is Mexican!. Because I just mentioned a bunch of races of different people does that also make me a racest? No! It just means that I am real enough and not scared to mention something as obviously different as races of different people.
Now if I was burning crosses in peoples front yards or putting up hate banners then that would be racest.
White people are so scared that they might be called racest, and fast to call someone a racest, funny huh!

I liked Bubba when he first came out because he was about racing. Now, he is about the popular black athlete in a sport that is dominated by white people. I have no problem for Bubba using the media to make him popular and money, but the true fans of motocross know what's up. I don't have like Bubba's bling, bling attitude or anyones attitude. I can like Tedesco and Fonseca because he works hard and wins and not because he's Latin. Or Reed or Byrne because their from Australia. I like riders for their work ethics, riding style, professionalism and attitude. Bubba in my opinion is lacking in those qualities at this point in his career. I compare Kobe with Bubba, both believe that there the greatest in their sport but reality is that you haven't won in the kings spot. I firmly believe people are unhappy with Bubba because of his excuses and lack of respect than the color of his skin. Remember this; this is a white dominated sport world wide and those are the majority of fans- therefore white fans are buying 259's gear, boots, helmets and Kawasaki dirtbikes. So for anyone to say they don't like certain ethnic groups in motocross would reflect in sponsorship and the products they sell. American's love motocross racers, French( Tortelli, Vulleimin, Roncada and Boniface), Australian( Reed, Byrne and next Mcfarlane) South Africa( Langston, Albertyn and Rattray) and Lansoo, Fonseca, Roy etc. So please don't try to bring any racism into motocross. I know Bubba wants to be known for his winning and not because he's black. He may take advantage of the media, but at the end of the day he wants to be a champ as all the racers do and not a black motocrosser. So if LaRocco, Pastrana, Hughes, Tedesco, Brown, Reed, RC, Windham, MC and Langston run their mouths maybe fans would like them less. I do recall last year, Alessi made "believe the Hype" t-shirts and the racers and fans became upset. I know this was not even serious, and it brought about an uproar, but Bubba has been talking way more smack than that shirt( by the way the hype was real!!!). So good luck Bubba, and get the 450 and let the track do the talking! I do remember when Bubba won his first 250 supercross RC held up Bubba's arm and was a true sport.

Notice that Ricky hasn't gotten that publicity & he deserves it far more then J-smuck does!!!The media is hell bent on bubba bein black, that's all they shove in ur face.
So matazz,ur so quick to call everybody that says anything bad about J-smuck a racist(I've seen u do it in several other posts),u should contact the media & take it up w/them!!!!!!They thrive on it!!!!!You really need to grow up & quit callin people racist cause they don't like bubba. What were they when they bagged on Allessi???I didn't hear u throw out the racist crap then. What race r u????I'm 250 myself.
Yes it does matter that j-smuck is off doin this crap,rc & cr are trainin hard, they're serious, comitted. You don't see Bubba out promotin his sport,he's promotin himself.None of his fame has anything to do w/motocross,it's all I'm dominatin a whitemans sport.Whoa,I just became a racist again huh, matazz???

Hey watupz, No disrespect to none of u and i kno about everyone here is white. I think some ppl in here are hatting on bubba because u think that Rc deserves more attention then him. You could say that because he is behind in points...but not because JS is "black". Bubba is the first african american to do something big in motocross which none of u can't denie and he is the only african american out there and is hanging in front of the pack wit the big boys. Anybody no matter race could enter this sport because this is a free country and everyone is equal!!! I was born in the US but my race is dominican(latin) and i started liking motocross since i lived in DR because it is an exciting sport and i used to watch them guys out there race. I think one of the mayor reasons why this sport is not expanding and getting that much attention is because almost only white ppl are into it, but if more latins and africans and chinnese and all types of races get into this sport i think it could become more popular then it is already right now!!

Man you are so full of BS!!!!!!This sport is so full of different nationallities!!!!Just because he's black???Get over it.You be happy to use race as an excuse when it benefits you,& happy to use it when it doesn't!!Don't give me this white sport crap!!!!Tell it to Dave V.,Fonseca & every other nationallity out there racin every week. What's the differance between bein black & bein french,or Portarican,Australia,I don't know, you tell me.Tell me why Nascar is bigger than life???It's all white.
People hate bubba because of his mouth & his attitude,he acts like this should be handed to him,he deserves it,BS!!!!!!!He was incredible on the 125,no doubt about it,but when it came time to put up or shut up,he hasn't put up & he hasn't shut up.Ussually it humbles people, not him!!When RC had a tough time in the 250,he tried harder.I'm sick of this racist crap you & matazz throw around,if u don't want race to be an issue, don't make it 1.I have not heard 1 person say they hate him cause he's black, sure as hell nobody gonna like him for exploitin it!!!!But u'll sure defend him!!!

1 st i was not talking to you, and this is th e 1 st time i have ever talked about race, you got me miixed up ,tell me where i said some thing about anyones race. so why dose it matter what race i am? this is what i am talking about.i dont look at people by race that dosnt matter ,god made us all the same and i dont look at you because of the color of your skin,i have never ever called nobody a racist , i really dont know what you been smoking but take it easy on it. i am not an allesi fan.if they were attacting broc hepler i would stand up for him just like i stand up for bubba. let him do what he whats to do you dont know how much time he took him ,what if it was him free time?you dont know how long it took. i thought you all thought it was because rc was "better", now it because hes hanging with fmf?you dont even know nothing of reeds or rc s lifestyles who told you they train all day?by the way an english lession, seems you having a little problem, i said SOUNDS racist, iwas not calling him a racist,i you neeed to put you sh*t in check and stop accusing me of calling people racists because that pissed me off.

I believe Richie Owens in black, or part black. So DominicanMotocrossRacer include him in your statements. Bubba is not the only one. Richie Owens is a great guy and is a hard working privateer. Keep up the hard work Richie, you have fans!
