It seems everytime i work out and start to see results i keep getitn the worst stomach aches EVER.. and everytime i eat it just makes it worse. I have seen a doctor before i started working out and after. and he says everythings normal. But it doesn't feel normal to me.

Same here...you eventaully get used to it you can't really feel it anymore. The pain means your muscles are building.

no.. its not he muscles.. its INSIDE.. like even sometimes i can;t breath or move it feels like somebody is squeezing me to death. hmm but its definatly NOT the muscles

I know what you mean, it's normal. Don't over do it and hurt yourself.

That doesn't sound normal. In fact, I've never heard anyone complain of that when they work out. You probably should see a different doctor, maybe a specialist, and get a second opinion.

That's what I would recommend if the problem continues.

Ya... that dont sound right, i work out alot and i never get intense pains like that. Ya i get pains from building muscles but nothing like u say.

Where in your stomach? Picture under your stomach to your pant line as a square, where in the square does it hurt (sounds gay but yeah, only thing I can realy say to figure out where its coming from). Also you dont eat before you work out do you? And you also dont drink anything but water before you work out right? I used to drink gatorade before Id go riding and working out then a little bit into it and afterwards I would feel intense pain in my stomach (then again, I have crohns disease so that might have something to do with it), then I would throw up and gain a migrane. Try not eating for 2 hours at least before and only drinking water (lots of water) and then see if it feels any better.

it just feels like a hollow space in my stomach.. its above my belly botton. I drink WHILE im working out. But when i work out really hard and see results and then i stop for like a week THEN i get a huge stomach ache.. i know that i shouldnt stop for that long.. but i havent been in the best mood lately as you know devin. So i should really get to working out and not stopping.

You're not starving yourself or anything are you? I know my stomach feels messed up after I work out after going a long time without eating anything.

maybe your working out too hard? your supposed to gradually increase how many reps you do. So if you stop for one week then try and go back to doing say 100 reps your body might now be able to take it. I know i increase how many reps i do by 10 each day. And also i know if im running and i drink something i start to get a cramp. Also are you eating alot before u work out?

not i don't eat alot before OR after i work out. The pain has seemed to go away.. But i comes back about every 3 months.
