I think i read somewhere that drinking over a gallon of water a day can dilute the electrolytes in your body-- so my advice is try to mix water with gatorade -- i take one of those unbreakable (Nalgene) bottles and do a 3:1 mix water to gatorade.-----Drinking gatorade or any other sports drink isnt to good either when your body doesnt need it because their basically just sugar (and salt) water-- it wont do anything unless your body needs it quick. The day of your race-- stick to water-- after your moto then you can bring out the electrolytes
