I really have seen great results from this. I am 45 and my friends are invious when i go and outlast them water skiing or whatever we are doing.
I was thinking it would be a good all around regime for a motocrosser.
Reminds me of an article back in the late 70's in Motocross Action about the world class guys workout routines. Wish I had a copy of that now. I thin stamina is the big issue and crossfit real challenges that.
