bike prep. check spokes for tightness,
pack with grease
-headset bearings (take a blod in ur hand (glove helps) set it in the blod and turn it coating every pin in the bearing
-suspension linkage
-wheel bearings
lube (optional)
- throttle and clutch cable, (factory comes with grease that creats drag)
the factoy airbox seal is pretty weak, i highly reccomend u take it apart and put a think bead of silicone between the air box and the metal air filter mount to seal it properly, that or buy a proseal kit from pc racing (parts canada)
break in the bike, change oil, and oil filter (highly reccomend u switch to a stainless steel oil filter ready racing just came out with a very very nice one) they are reuseable, u just clean them, it pays for itself in a matter of a few oil changes)

for the 1st few rides keep a close eye on the spokes (rear mainly) my buddies 03 cr125, his rear rim got pretty loose after like 4 rides, so keep an eye on it
have fun and get pics if u can

Went to the local Honda dealer today and they had a decent selection of Thor, so we went ahead and got everything we need. Also just found another weekly race spot that I didn't know of. Just need to break it in and do some PM on em.

Nice!
Looks liek you 2 are all set. After the first hour of ride time, check your valve clarance. They tend to get tight, so you may need to adjust them a little.
Here is a great article. Its for the crf250r but its the same thing for you bike its easy.
