For wrestling I would lose 15 pounds a week and then gain that in a weekend and lose it again the next week. All the weight I lost and gained was water weight so at one point I would be dehydrated and at another point be really hydrated. You are trying to lose fat and keep it off. Eat healthy, keeping doing your workouts, even try jogging 2 or 3 miles a day and you will lose alot more weight than walking. I know it is hot, I live in Florida with humidity always over 75% and the heat is always over 90 degrees, but if you run I think you will be better off. If you don't feel like it, throw on a hoody and sweats when you walk. You expend more energy and fat=stored energy. I know alot about losing weight. That is the correct way to do it. When I lost water weight for wrestling I would use a sauna suit, plastics, to sweat all the water weight to be at a more competitive weight and then gain it back in a day to have an advantage over my opponents. In your case you are just losing weight over time so keep doing what you are doing and try jogging 2 miles rather than walking 4 miles.

Just curious, what did you do to use water weight? I always hear people talk about it, but I never knew.
