omg cory you have issues LOL.... HAHAHA. My dad said hes goign to think about getting me a membership to the YMCA so i dunno.And yes my bike should be nice and safe !!! lol by the way me and cory are bestfriends so thats why we argue a lot lol!

If you lose it fast, you will gain it back faster. To make it stick, you have to change your lifestyle a little at a time, so it's not a sudden "culture shock," then you go back to your old ways.
Drink ONLY water, and lots of it. Stay away from unhealthy food. You know what those are, so I don't need to tell you. Also, eat ONLY when you are hungry, and eat just enough so that you aren't hungry. Never eat until you're full. You will eat more often this way, but that speeds up your metabolism which burns the calories.

you should really try the emergency diet.
It's based on drinking two liters of water every day. No sodas, no bread: that includes anything with flour, and no red meats, and daily exercise. A couple of weeks of that and you should loose about 15 to 20 pounds.
NO JUICE. Only water.
