I consider oats with alittle honey a treat from time to time maybe even a desert type deal that's me. It is a grain and it is worth eating. The way I choose to eat is not all that different to some but it is a lifestyle I choose and it works for me. I am sure others enjoy meats eggs whatever I am not debating that I am just simply stating my own OP. It makes no difference to me what they eat. The fruit thing is eat when hungry. I may eat 2 banana's 1 canalop 1 smothy over the course of 6 hours sometimes less before noon. American way a figure of speech and 20 years serving in the military.

I bet you can go out and ride your horse for a good while before it tires out also.

Hey nice topic. I'm also very much the same way, not as strict though with when i eat the foods and such, but I eat the same foods.

And guess what I'm always the one with the best endurance at the track, it pays.

Also you guys ever takin' omega 3 fatty acids, in the form of flax seed or flax oil on a daily basis? Good stuff! It's like an energy booster.. the oil tastes nasty though.

Not as good as flax though, and it has to be cold water ocean fish.
