No, not alchohol. Well, maybe. What do you guys drink to stay fit/healthy? Every day I drink at least 2 glasses of cranberry juice. I only drink one soda a day and the rest of the time I guzzle water. Then I have to pee every 10 minutes...but, hey, I didn't get very sick this winter. It works. For energy I drink poweraid, jagged ice.

What does everyone else drink?

I drink a 2 full glasses (about 4" wide and 9" tall) of 100% pure lemon juice every day.

I usually only drink water and some juices. I go through like 5 bottles of water on an average day.

I drink about a gallon of water a day. Gass or two of milk and thats it. Don't like a lot of fruit juices, I'd rather just eat the fruit. As for lemon juice I think he was kidding, it can actually be bad for you. The acid rots tooth enamal.

God, I hope he was kidding! Lemon juice...jeez...

I forgot to mention that I make sure that I drink AT LEAST as much water as soda I've drunk that day. I stay away from alcohol for at least a week before a race. Now, afterwards is a different story...

I drink bottled water (alot of bottled water) every day and thats about it. Sometimes at lunch I drink a fruit drink or a gatorade. I stay away from soda, it is evil!

i always have a couple beer right before the race, helps me relax, jk i 'm the same, i guzzle water all day, and i have to pee all the time, but it's been helping with armpump, and i just feel healthier all the time

Nope not kidding 1 bit. Pretty much everyday I can get ahold of it (Usually I miss about 1-2 days per week).

Why do you choose lemon juice over other juices?

Water, for $.79 a gallon it saves me money and I have gotten to perfer it over anything, even soda which is surprising because I was a soda fein before I started training and dieting. Now its been 3 3/4 months and I can count on one hand how many carbonated drinks I have had. I also like orange juice.

I go through a 12-pack of either Sprite or Cherry Coke a day, sadly. It's addictive and I want to quit, but I can't. I should probably go to Soda Pop Annonymous.... but, the pop is just THERE. How can I not love the flavored carbonated fizziness massaging the back of my throat? Needless to say, my endurance is horrible, but the rest of my body is currently good.

wow, that is so unhealthy... you should get help with that, that can be life-threatening if it is prolonged.
