I know ive posted before but im serious now. Im sick of being all lazy and outa shape. The only exercise i really do is riding. First thing i need to do is drop weight.

Would the best way be just to eat right and walk/jog everyday. Im eating alot healthier now. I am panning to walk 2 miles every week day starting tomorow. I dont really wanna hit the gym right now becuase first i need to loose some weight, 2nd i have no one to go with, 3rd i dont know were one is, and 4th im the weekest person you will ever meet.

And tips and suggestion to drop weight quik and do it right please post. Im really serious this time.

Me being outta shape and overweight is holding back my riding too. I dont feel like a 125 has enough pull for me. I get around on it quite nice but the torque isnt there. I feel like it just doesnt get me were i wanna go sometimes. I think dropping weight and getting into shape for the summer will help alot.

Thanks guys for any tips or support.

Like I was talkign to you about it before. Over the summer you need to stay at my place for a couple weeks and we will train together. I got everything we need dude. So yeah, just eat healthy, walk, jog, and ride a bunch. Summer is coming in 37 days dude. Thats really when you can come over and stay at my place for a couple weeks.

Im trying to lose weight too and my advice that is working for me along with what you said is stay busy and you wont have too much time to munch and eat. I go to school, work, pick up my little brother and that keeps me occupied for a while. Also I play my guitar and listen to music so I wont be downstairs watching t/v being a couch potatoe. I havent looked at the scale latley but my belly is smaller!

Lol, heck yeah Im counting down the days, I cant wait for school to end. That place sucks! Last weekend, man that was a bad day for me. I was tired as hell and could barely keep it on two wheels. But yeah dude I fixed my subframe a little bit, its rideable now and I cant feel it on the bike but you can tell and its making wrenching on it a pain in the ass. My whole elbow dude is like twice as swollen and the whole thing is black and blue .

Oh well, the walking did yah good dude. Walking burns fat. Also, make sure you and fox chick eat 8 small healthy meals a day and do not skip breakfast. All that contributes to being energetic and speeding up your metabolism. Oh yeah, get 10 hours sleep (teens need at least 10 hours of sleep). Im not sure how old you are foxchick but after your teen years you basicly only need 8 hours sleep.

thanks for the tips.

Small meal, like eat some cellary and peanut butter with crackers with peanut butter and jelly as a meal, or a bowl of cut up fruit. Stuff like that. Oh yeah, I went riding for like 30 minutes just on my little track/trail thing and I was going over a log and went kinda crooked, then my bike caught some traction, kinda shot up a little and landed sideways on the log. I BENT THE SUBFRAME AGAIN!!! Only this time it bent the other way! Im so pissed, I wish they had titiniam subframes dude. Im getting so damn tired of bending this thing over and over. I bend the damn subframe like a rider who crashes alot goes through grips. Im so pissed, I only fell once today, and I bent the subframe. I ussualy (last weekends an exception) dont fall much (most of the time I wont fall in a single riding day) but every time I do fall, I fall perfectly to bend the subframe. !!! Oh well, I'll go fix it again. But yeah dude, sorry for all that but I gotta vent lol.

Great to hear Bryan,
And sounds like you have something going with KK already, but if you want to get together and try out this Gary Semics during the season traing program I will be more than willing to do that. Plus working out with someone else always pushes you more and encourges each other.

And about the eating thing.
5 a day is a great rule.
5 fruits and/or veggies a day between and during meals
basically whenever you are about to eat or drink something bad go for some fruits, veggies, or 100% fruit juice.
Also the key to weight loss is to burn more calories than you take in. Start counting the calories you take in each day and make sure to burn more than your intake, just 30min of a moderate activity each day can lose weight.
O and opt for rasin bran/oat meal in the mornings.
Good luck and stick to it never give in,
Brad

Yeah..i forgot my friend from Colorado is coming out for the summer. The riding while he is here should help alot. We ride some much when we hang out. Last summer we rode like 4 days a week all summer expt for the part of June when i couldnt.

I actually occupy myself with Dance Dance Revolution. I'm a mix between a geek and a regular sports fanatic so this game is great. There's a work out mode that tells you how many calories you're burning, with every step.... you kinda have to know what DDR is to know what I'm talking about. But definitely check it out. It can be played in arcades but I usually put at least an hour into it everyday and it keeps me in shape. One of my friends uses it as apart of his dieting program.

idk...lol.i think so but i havnt seen him in 5 months and he boarded the yz450f now. He races C too. Hes a real good jumper though.

The terrain out in that part on Colorado is so much different than here though and there arnt any pay tracks like here. Its just open land w/ man made jumps and small tracks.

Im pretty anxious to see were hes at comapred to me now. he gets to ride alot on the free land so...
