We all know how important getting a good start is; it can make or break the outcome of a race. And we know that most amateur racers don’t spend enough time crafting their starting skills and/or the proper starting procedure. Things like knowing how to pick a gate, when to put the bike in gear, how much throttle to use, and how to work the clutch sound simple—they are not. Here is a quick video with Pro Kris Keefer dropping us some tips on his starting rituals.
