They passed a new law stating that all kids under 12 years of age cannot ride due to led poisoning. They say they are going to stop making parts and gear for kids under that age limit. ALSO....
FOR ALL RIDERS THAT RIDE AT PERRIS RACEWAY IN CALIFORNIA;
Perris is no longer going to be open at night! they say its to dangerous, so they arent letting anyone ride there after certain hours. I will Give you the update on that when I get more information.

i think 12 years old have got out of habbit of chewing on bike sits more the toddlers what are very rare to ride bike, and im ok im 16 in a couple of weeks and it not out here in the uk yet but a riding mate is 11 so be better hurry as here in uk they always follow america

OK, I get the lead in the bikes deal but still no one chews on their bike in the first place and also there is no lead in the riding gear. This is only going to lead to younger kids getting more powerful bikes that they can't even reach the ground on and they will get hurt. Also the mini bikes that they do have are going to be unsafe and falling apart because there are no parts to repair them. This is going to cause more problems than it solves. and honestly were there even kids getting lead poisoning to lead up to this law? If so did they even check to see if their houses had lead paint or anything? Or did they just say "oh there is a dirtbike in the garage that's why the kid has lead poisoning"?

i didnt know they were going to stop making the gear to and i thought t was 12 and under but this law can suck my dick its retarded, there is a petitiongoing on about it on myspace the prson holding it has already got like a little over 1000 frindes and people on her side including me
