Starting at Anaheim 2, Ryan Beat (yes Kristen the intern's brother) is going to start competing in the Supercross class aboard his YZ450F. Actually at Anaheim 2 he will be on his YZ250F, but after that it's all Supercross class baby.

Anyway, the most important thing for me is he will be using our exhaust systems! I'm stoked to be able to add him to the list of privateer riders we are supporting in Supercross & Motocross this year. Look for Ryan or us (Jardine) in the pits & say hi!

Hey guys just wanted to clarify so that everyone knows that i will most likely be riding a 250f in the 450 class if i cant seem to get my 450 dialed before A2. The reason for the 250f in the 450 class is so i can keep my eligibility for a possible east coast lites ride if given the chance. The people making it possible for me to do this are the Seifert family and the Mccarthy family for loaning me the bikes. Ramona Auto body and Weitzel Motorsports for the transportation. Enzo is giving me a deal on some suspension and One industries is doing my helmets and graphics. Dunlop is helping me out with tires, and those of you that are wondering i dont have any motor help yet. It will be stock motor except for my Jardine pipes. I still need a gear sponsor but as of now the rest is out of pocket. I also have to say a big thank you to my Dad for working on the bikes and Bobby Youngs from Bobs Cycle Barn for donating his time to helping mechanic for me. Thanks and i look forward to seeing everyone at the races.

Mentioning the riders on your team is far from a shameless plug. The Dungey/Fox situation is considered news and this is too.

I know Ryan has Enzo for suspension & One industries for graphics. Aside from that I'm not sure who else is involved with his program, but I'm sure they are as happy as we are to help. Oldskool, thanks for the good words, they're always appreciated. We are proud to sponsor many privateers this year... no factories, no semis. Keep an eye out for Ryan (131) & Daniel Blair (125) in both the Supercross & Lites classes, depending on the location of the race. I hope Chris doesn't mind me listing the rest of our riders out there, don't want to sound like an ad or anything, but we've also got Ross Johnson (129), Cameron Rodriguez (201) & Jeff Loop (229). Plus, I'm signing riders as I go, trying to help out anyone I can.

I am sure that isn't too big of a deal to most people out there but does he have anyone building his motors and doing his suspension for him or did he have to come out of pocket for that?

That is the best news I've heard in a long time. This will be no easy task for Ryan, but I believe he's up to it. Looks like we're going to get the full Ryan scoop soon. Troy, please throw up Ryan's national number so we could look out for him, OK. We can try to have the kids make Ryan Beat signs with jardineproducts.com underneath. Thats it, right? Home of Tatum Sik and now Ryan Beat. Great to see that Ryan has a poser-free sponsor like Jardine, that sells pipes that real MX'ers use.

That is cool to hear that he's getting more support now. I hope that he has a successful SX season this year and get some good results and exposure. Best of luck to Ryan and Jardine, hope that you have a succesful 2009 SX season!!!
