What it takes
Not sure if everyone know but i want to send a shout out to the Motocross.com crew for all the stuff they do so we can be sideliners on this website. My bockground is video editing and shooting so i can speak from that angle the best. For every 2 min. video that we get to see and enjoy whether we like the song or the rider or not takes in total about 4 or 5 hours at least. Not only do you have to shoot the footage but then you have to watch it all over again at least once then find the good stuff and then put the clips to music. Keep in mind, there are thousands of us that look at this site and we dont all have the same taste in tunes. The video part is maybe the toughest but add to that the travel and the time it takes to post the final footage, interview the riders, write the blogs, do the how to videos, Lutes and his pics, the Girls of Motocross.com, oh yeah and the motocross live stuff. So my hat goes off to all the guys. Thanks for giving us a place to be sidliners and riders that love the sport.
